It was under this Woyane rats con-constitution when Ethiopia used to be the laughing stock of the world where 99.9% of the vote solely robbed by Woyane itself - the 3rd grader Woyanes thought they beat any country in the world being the model democratic government while in fact were the number one thugs and tyrannical minority.
