That is not going to happen. Here is why. TDF — I like TGAA’s observation about — is an insurgent group that takes its order from TPLF. Not quite long ago TPLF was designated a terrorist organization by Ethiopian parliament. Not US , even the Almighty cannot make those three to negotiate.

Did I read a tweeted post of Herman Cohen now regretting that Amhara Force has stopped Tigray from declaring its independence? We have to watch out the trick. This talk is about country that has many matured minds or adults not kids who can be easily manipulated. Ethiopia is not going to give an inch from Amhara territory to Tigre so that it will be recognized by America as an independent country using this loot. Ethiopians have to ignore this kind of political hacking. Thanks to the Amhara warriors they knew the phishing messages or tweets by disregarding it to preserve their ancestral land and the land of all Ethiopians.

Eden, take my word that is not going to happen. Believe me I am a causal observer. I have no any affiliation with Ethiopian political party, group, or person. But at the risk of sounding arrogant, I could say my understanding of Ethiopian politics is not bad. Here is my take : Abiy believes as long as TPLF remains alive Ethiopia will not be a peaceful country. I share Abiy’s belief.

When Weyanes march to makele and south and retaliate against civilians state department doesn't say a hoot, but when weyane invaders are routed out retaliation against civilians becomes an issue -- purposely to protect weyanes from complete doom. Having said that the Abiy government and the Amharas special forces should not get into a trap that weyanes and CIA is preparing them to get in . Blow weyanes into pieces when they come to attack, but need not to pursue them to their center, cause they have no power to change the course of the event -- give them a month or so they will start to cannibalize themselves. Make sure their western don't get them a weapon or any other means for them to resuscitate but leave the Tigrian people to figure out what they want to do with them.

U.S. Embassy in Asmara (with only a Charge d'Affaires) is used to indicate how little respect the U.S. gives the Axis of Evil who conducted 8 months of genocidal war before they were defeated out of Tigray.

I think you have make up your mind whether the conflict was a Tigray Government vs the Federal Government or a Tigray Government vs Amhara Government. If it was between Tigray Government and the Federal Government, then Amhara Government had no no business getting involved. If it was between Tigray Government and Amhara Government, then the Federal Government would . . . . .

Really eden/sarcasm...i don't think you made a profound conclusion...people go to war and they also talk in the end but that is if both parties agree & have trust -or- as a matter of temporary convenience.

Its funny how you tried to gaslight/misdirect the exclusion of others as if Abiy didn't allow it...when in fact we saw you TPLF-agame repeatedly begging your Uncle Sam to exclude & punish Amhara/Afar for the repeated attacks you TPLF launched.

What's your prediction of these two flip-floppers that sat down to talk??...do they have the just moral cause/principles to convince the rest of the nation/regions & political groupings??...or is their nature for flip-flopping just buying them time until opportunity arises to backstab or throw each other under the bus??

Why couldn't you also predict that your TPLF-agame leaders would end up marching 1million TPLF infant-ry combatants to their death in two years time??...or did you already calculate those figures/costs and went ahead with your plan anyway so that you could talk in the end to say you were right??
