i dont understand them all i hear is no body giving us kaht from morning to evening so they say they r mad as hell..

but everything has got a precondition that needs to be met for the thing to happen.

I can't sit around and demand give me job, which is a market issue. I make myself demandable on the market. If you are not in demand then no one is going to afford to give you a welfare.

you can make yourself demandable by trying to learn and get some qualification. Everybody is these days a politician, the suppy for good studnet is dwindling.

How can you give them job? From whose pocket? We are in a market economy. A considerable resource has been spent to build the university and equip it with the needed facilities, there are thousands of workers who are robbing the Coffers the state for every passing day, for these students who are not yet ready to learn something. It is a waste of resources, unfortunately.


You are given a chance to go to university and gain the needed qualification so that you can be needed on the market, now it is upto the students to do their part of the task.

U R THE economy expert .. all u need something to trigger economy boom .. they have their university they have 10,000 students

that means 10,000 students must eat 3 time .. so u will need food that means u have to produce the food the student eat...

the university it self start out their own modern mix agriculture and this model would be a teaching tools for near by farmers all the students will be expert for one farmer they will advice the farmer how to farm under mix farming .. for this the farmer will pay the student if ten farmer pay them 100 brir per month the student will be getting paid ...while studying at unvieristy ..

the university also need making injara . to do that they need ምጣድ all this can be done under university and this ምጣድ can be electric ምጣድ .. the university also generate their own electricity from bio gas by keeping milk cow .. not only that if there is river near by the university also can build small hydro dam that cover the need of the village

why i am saying university university because the university have one billion birr budget they can do more .. they dont need yearly budget they could be self supporting if they start their own business .

i know u r buda u dont support the university becoming self supporting because u dont like them making money or becoming business minded ... u will say the teacher will be more in to business then teaching that is the point what the fk u r teaching them u teaching them how to make money how is that wrong teaching them by doing it.. if they r accounting they should do real accounting for small business in the village computer net work they have to provided computer net work for the village for fee.. that will teach the student how to run the business out of university if they learn hand on..

you can go and go on but you still didn't answer the simple question I put to you: to have a working hand, you need to understand how that hand should work. Which tool do you need, which method should you use to do the job you described in your essay. In the absece of these everything is theory.

Simply because you have spent sometimes in the university doesn't mean that you have enabled yourself to qualify yourself for the task at hand, you need to attain the needed skill and skill is not only technical but also social, and psychological wezeterfa.

That is what we call qualify yourself, "cabero seyayut yemeral, siyizut yedenageral" goes the saying.

The students are not ready to qualify themselves, don't you think that should be the starting point for a reasonable discussion here?

u r an idiot .. your starting point is not the student the student start from zero what you do is u create the best university on earth .. that mold the student .. the first thing u should do is self interest u need ceo or dean how have self interest.. today the dean doesnt care if the students protest or not protest because he make his 3000 birr per month if the student learn or not learn.. but if u make it his self interest is depend on the student learning then the dean will try hard to make the students learn... how u do that by drafting good policy..

the students must have self interest to learn if u give them free education they will abuse it but if u make it cost them to learn trust me their attitude will change / if their father and mother pay for their education by collateral their house and if u give them truth cost of the university say 50,000 birr student loan payable by working for next 2 years in Ethiopia and never to be forgiven ... then the student will have something to lose if they keep on protesting ...

another thing is the university must hear what they protesting about ? it is about politics somebody must tell them do it in your time..

i am tried of telling u the basic of self supporting university .. if the student learning about technology u make him make small technology that solve the village farmer problem and sale that project to the farmer nothing should be free...

i also told u the university can have their own milk cow , and their own poultry modern poultry where the student work and get experience ...

look this smart farmer he have poultry farming and fish farming the hen waste would be the fish food the fish waste would be fertilizer for the grass that he feed the cow.. the cow dung also can be feed for his biogas and he doesnt need cutting wood

had this oromo youth have job to do after class and think what they do make them money in future do u think they will protest and wasting their time..

Do you understand what you are scribbling here?

It is not about biogas, not about new technology, not about which money they should get or not get. It is all about being qualified: ask yourself what that means?

Some of them are already in job but still opted to forget their primary responsibility as an employee of the university that gave them the chance.

They are given the chance but can't make use of it. Ask yourself what these ill-guideded young men and women are lacking?

I didn't oppose their engagement in politics; my point is that they are primarily students and not politicians. In that case they have lost because the couldn't save their own input as businessman/a trader.



Can you understand what someone as a businessman who has lost his/her input is expected to do? Apply for bankruptcy. Go figure out!

ይህ ብቻ አይደለም ብዙ የስራ አይነቶች ዩኒቨሪስቲው መፍጠር እንደሚችል አሳይቸሀለሁ። ለምሳሌ ትናንሽ የግብርና ማሽኖችን ማምረት ። ዩኒቨርስቲው ትልቅ ቦታ ቢኖረው እነዚህ ማሽኖች የሚያመርትበትና ተማሪዎችንም በጥምር የሚያስለጥነበት ቦታ ቢኖረው ዩኒቨሪስቲውም ገቢ ያገኛል ማስኖቹን በመሽጥ ተማሪዎችም ገቢ ያገኛሉ ። ይህ ማሽን መሽጥ ደግሞ በዱቤ ይሆናል ባንክ ዩኒቨሪስቲው ከፍቶ ገበሬዎቹ ብደር ከባንክ መውስድ እንደቺሉ ማረግ ይችላል ። ከሉት ባንኮች ጋራ በመተባበር ለምሳሌ ኦሮሚያ ባንክ ከዩኒቨሪስቲው ጋራ በመተባበር በተማሪዎች የተሞላ ባንክ መክፈት ይችላል። በባንኩም ዙርያ ብዙ የኮምፒተር እወቀት ያላቸው መስራት ይችላሉ ማለት ነው። አረ ስንቱ
