Do they mean 15 million Ethiopians have mental illness or are exposed to substance abuse? This is a psychological warfare against Ethiopians, hate mongering from WHO. What a shame! We should find a common platform and unite to defeat our enemies. We are in deep trouble! There is an ongoing systematic campaign by CIA and The West in general to weaken Ethiopia politically andeconomically. We need to workout a programme that can unite all Ethiopians to withstand the internaitonal conspiracy. Abiy Ahmed Ali is a trojan horse to weaken Ethiopia from inside. We need to get a government that stand for all Ethiopians and is against any form of subjugation of our country by foreign powers. We need to work with Russia and China to balance USA and West European manipulations.

shiiit! How did they reach to this? Did they investigate everyone? I haven’t heard anything about UN’s investigation/research regarding on this issue as far as I am at home.

May be they were alluding to Ethiopian who lived on the street. By the way, what about other countries? Shiiit! This is a kind of propaganda.
Someone think that Downplaying or defaming someone could enhance its personality. Oh my poor ashooole.
