Halafi, I have no patience to hear the guy beyond the very few bizarre sentences he made. In fact, the so called journalist herself started her “ show” by suggesting that Ethiopia has been in a kind of civil war for the last two years. But Ethiopians have seen the last two years differently. Yes, there have been crises, but manufactured primarily by TPLF. As for the suggestion, the Abiy government is the only one that has been subservient to foreign power, I only laughed. It is better to remind the so-called professor Ethiopia has never seen a government as opportunistic as the Meles regime. He was once the darling of the west. After the 2005 election, and after hundreds had been killed in the streets of Addis, the West had become critical of the new dictator. And Meles shopped a new partner : he found one in China. In other words Ethiopian foreign policy first and foremost should satisfy the the interest of TPLF Meles believed. He is the only tribal politician Ethiopia has known.
It is better the TPLF politicians and their cadres to go out of their echo chamber. Such a guest could get an applause in an audience filled with TPLF cadres. The rest of Ethiopia could not spare a minute to hear such a person, as I have been. I am always open to hear a rational argument even if it contradicts my beliefs. But I have no time for a cadre talk.
