የኢትዮጲያ አየር መንገድ ለሁለተኛው መንግስት የ 1.5 ቢሊዮን ብር ድጋፍ አደረገ፡፡
የአየር መንገዱ ስራ አስፈፃሚ አቶ ተወልደ እንዳስታወቁት የቄሮ መንግስት እና ህወሀት በጋራ መስራታቸው እንዳስደሰታቸው ገልፀው ቄሮ በተለያዩ አካባቢወች የሚያደርገው የመንገድ መዝጋት ለአየር መንገዱ የአገር ውስጥ በረራወች ትልቅ የገቢ ምንጭ መፍጠሩን አስታውቀው ድጋፉ ቀጣይ እንደሚሆን አስታውቀዋል ፡፡
ሁለተኛው ጠ/ሚንስትር በበኩላቸው አሁን ያለው የአብይ መንግስት ከአገልግሎት ውጭ መሆኑን እና አገሪቱ የምትመራው በቄሮ መንግስት መሆኑን ገልፀው መንገድ መዝጋቱ አዲስ አበባን ጨምሮ በሁሉም የኦሮምያ ክልልሎች እንደሚቀጥል እና የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሙሉ ለሙሉ እንደሚቆም አስታውቀዋል ፡፡

One of the funniest things Twelde did was when gawar came to Ethiopia, He gave him a tour following him each department, explaining as if he is giving a tour to a leader of a country. He did it exclusively to jawar, no other Ethiopian has been since or before given this kind of respect. Look at this picture and the look down at Twelde. Doesn't he look like he owns the Ethiopian airline? why is that all tail wiggling? Because Twelde knows what he has been doing and jawar also knows so -- Twelde is easiing the landing, and ready to serve as expected. In the land of robbers, ethnic pimps the code is so predictable.
