Ethnic Federalism should be banned. It is a matter of the law of the country to exercise Ethnic equality by offering equal opportunities. Ethnic federalism is diverting our attention from the main issues of economic development as a country. Ethiopia needs to industrialize and have a good share of the world marked by exorting industrial goods.

Ethnic Federalims implicitly facilitates the supermacy one Ethnic group as there will alway a political group from one ethnic groups to lead.

We need to be creative and selective in accepting Ethnic equality. Equality of Ethinc groups ia a matter of policy and law. We can use diffeent working languages to democratise and control that one ethnic group does not dominate the political and cultural life of Ethiopia as a country and nation.

I think Amharic, Tigrigna and Oromo might be the working languages besides English. We need to accept Geez alphabet for all languages. Probably a democratic Amharic could have been the only working language. But this cannot be as Amharic cannot be democratic - it is a distinct tribal langauge which has been an obstacle to development of other languages.
