At the same time Debretsion must tell all kilils to go ahead and conduct their election and will form our federal government without Abiy or Amhara. The importance of this strategy is if Amhara refuse to participate then kick out Amhara and run the country without Amhara or if anarchy starts Tigray and other ethnics should use article 39 and dissolve the country. Tigray should not think the country will be there it is gone but how we can dissolve the country is the main strategy Tigray to work on with other ethnics to dissolve without blood but Tigray must sketch a plan how to regain our looted lands to feed our people. Debretsion and the rest of you must act as woyenti not like Telafis Demamu.
