those two idiot one buda Amhara and HORORO THINK just because they r driving emergency vehicle with siren on they think they dont have to stop at intersection ... if u have red light u must consider it as if it is full stop intersection and u stop for second or two and see if everyone stop for u then u go... but if u have green light u can go without stopping but still look ...

this is the right way to drive emergency vehicle with siren on.....

so in this case the guy who is going south or smaller emergency vehicle is at fault because look on the left side of the road all the car stop for light and look the other side also all the car stopped waiting for their green so the emergency vehicle as red light he should have stopped for second before he cross the red light hence እስክንደር the driver who didnot stop for red light should be responsible
