There should not be any condition for Sidama alone to follow certain regulation in order to be Kilil, the constitution already spoken clearly. Sidama will do exactly what Amhara does in its state and how Amhara treats other ethnics in its state.
What about the other 12 ethnics who asked for Kilil, they have the same right as Sidama or Tigray or Oromia or Somali and Amhara, give them their kilil since no one has the right to give for one but not for others, this is a constitution matter not politics by certain states???

The good old Halafi,

The administration of Prime Miinisterkhna Obbo Dr. Ababiya Ahmed Ali should have planned how to dismantle the existing Killils of Oromia, Amhara, Afar..etc and should have sought for the exit strategy to make it happen with less chaos. To creat another Killil based on language and ethnicity is just madness.
Soon or later all the killil will be disolved to be replaced by former provinces. Then and only then the country will be in peace.

With respect to my old good friend with "Yeseken brain", we call your post "Ye Dero Hilim". Before they become provinces they will be sovereign countries of confederation very soon.

This is very important development. You can't have it both ways. If we are to be led by the so called constitution, no question should be raised as to why the Sidamas should not be a Region. The same constitution is deaf about who could be voting for such important decision which affects all Ethiopians living in that Region. If the current government was pro Ethiopian as it claims so often, then this is historic opportunity to fill the gaps and dilute the power of extremists. But I so much doubt it...
