Horne wrote” the stats ... [ seems ] inflated.” I do not see any statistics. The government did not say we planted 4 billion trees in two months. That could be characterized bad statistics. The government says it will plant 4 billion trees in two months. That probability one could argue will not happen, not statistics will not happen. Statistics deals with the past, and probability with the future.
