I understand your frustration. However, there is the Gurage way of doing things through elders called KICHA/Ye-joka. I would not address this on this forum where armadilo vermins are roaming. I mean it. I understand Gurage has to come together to have an influence and be strong. We know the Kistane are so proud of themselves and self-reliant with big contribution to the country, but they need to come together with the rest of Gurage and foster unity + influence
