Muslim share of positions in gov bureacracy is the dismal less than 5% though the population ratio of Muslim: Christian is almost 1:1.
Urgent:
1. Fano assassinations of Imams and ordinary Muslims has to be stopped.
2.Birratu Nega, minister for edication of Ethiopia should stop scheduling Grade 8 and 12 exams on Muslim holidays of Arefa and Ramadan
3. Tigrey should allow Axum Muslims to bury the dead in the city of Axum. Now, they bury their dead in the outskirts of Axum. Axum should be stopped from declaring it as the Holy City of Orthodox Christianity. It has never been the sole city of Orthodox Chritians. It always had other faiths.
3. Ethiopian schools and higher education institutions should stop harassing hijab wearing female students. Females are allowed to wear hijabs in Ethiopian parliaments, in all gov offices. Why not in schools, colleges and universities?
A lot of equality work remains to be done. Muslims have been suppressed, alienated and discriminated from equality of opportunities. Made second class citizens. It shall not continue. They should be repaid the rights and privileges they have been denied to leverage Christian Ethiopians.
