Abiy is trying to provoke TPLF to shoot the 1st shot and TPLF is not willing to do so. TPLF knows that Abiy is ready to carpet bomb Meqelle. The major strategic war is starting in Western Tigray/ Western Ethiopia possibly may result in take over of the GERD by Sudan/Egypt to humiliate Ethiopia and use it as a negotiation leverage. Abiy has to immediately reconcile with TPLF and abort this humiliating strategy of Egypt on mother Ethiopia!
