Did bipolar pm abiy mess with gurage teddy afro's money? That is the only reason a gurage man gets upset when mess with his money not his wife or even his country or mother bothers them, but mess with their money they all hell lets lose. So i believe the bipolar ethiopian pm messed around with gurage teddy afro money.
