I have been telling folks that following the Iran war, the Middle East status Quo has changed. With Saudi-UAE realignment, Israelis in Somaliland, and new US focus on the region - Ethiopian opportunities are growing by leaps and bounds.

The only problem is that UAE, UK and Saudi own Berbera port. They all calculate of the fact that Berbera is to be used by Ethiopia. Ethiopia's quest for her own port creates conflict of interest with those of UK, Saudi and UAE and therefore they might not support our quest for our own port on the Red Sea or Bab El Mendeb.
