WHAT EGYPT'S NEW POSTURE DOES IS THAT THE TWO COUNTIES WILL START TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND EGYPT WILL BEGIN TO ACT MORE MATURELY IN THE GEOPOLITICS OF THE HORN AND THE RED SEA.
