የእኔ ክርክር አዲስ አበባ እንደ “ዶሮ ዓይን ኩልል ብላ ፀድታ ገነት መስላለች” ከሚሉት ጭፍን ካድሬዎች ጋር እና “አይ ሁሉም ነገር ድሮ ካለበት አልተቀየረም ወይንም እንዲያውም አሁንማ ብሶበታል” ከሚሉት ጥራዝ ነጠቅ ጎጠኞች ጋር ነው።

- በእኔ አስተያየት ስራዎች የሚሰሩት በዘመቻ መልክ በይድረስ ይድረስ፣ ያለ ዕውቀትና ዘለቄታዊ ጥናት ነው። በተደጋጋሚ አንዱን ሰርተው ሲጨርሱ ቀድመው የሰሩትን ያፈርሱታል።

- ነዋሪዋች ልማቱ በላያቸው ላይ ድንገት ይጫንባቸዋል እንጂ ቅንጣት ያህል አይሳተፉም። ስለዚህ ባለስልጣኖች የፈለጉት እንጂ ነዋሪው የጎደለው አንገብጋቢ ነገር አይደለም የሚሰራው።

- በስራው ሂደት የህዝብ ሃብት እንደጉድ ይዘረፋል፣ ባለ ጊዜዎች ይበለፅጉበታል።

- ሰፋፊ መንገዶች በብዛት ቢሰሩም፣ የትራፊኩ ብዛት ይዘገንናል። በተለይ በጅምር ላይ ያሉት ህንፃዎች ሲጠናቀቁ በፍፁም መንቀሳቀስ አይቻልም። ይኸ የፕላኒንግ ዕውቀት ማነስ የፈጠረው ችግር ነው።

- መንገዱና ዛፉ በመብራት አሸብርቆ፣ ቤት ውስጥ ኤሌክትሪክ በተደጋጋሚ ይጠፋል፣ መስሪያ ቤቶች ስራ ያቆማሉ።

- አማካኝ ገቢ ያላቸው ወጣቶች የመፈጠራቸውን ያክል፣ አጥንት ውስጥ ሰርስሮ የሚገባ ድህነት ተስፋፍቷል። አንድ ድንች እንኳን መብላት የማይችሉት ቁጥራቸው ብዙ ነው።

- ከሃገር የሚሰደዱት፣ ወደ አረብ ሃገር በግርድና የሚሸጡት ወጣቶች ቁጥር ይዘገንናል።

- ሰላም ሳይኖር ልማት ብቻ እያሉ ለሃጭ ማዝረክረክ ለየትኛውም ወገን አይጠቅምም።
