ለምሳሌ ብርንዶ የማይባሉ የተለያዩ ከተከተፈ ስጋ የሚሰሩ የጉራጌ ምግቦች አሉ ግን ብርንዶ አይባሉም።

ዛሬ ላይ በተለምዶ ጥብስ ክትፎ የሚባለው በጉራጌኛ ስልስ ይባላል ። ስጋ ከተከተፈ በኋላ ጠበስ ተደርጎ ሲሰራ ስልስ ይባላል።

ሌላው ስጋ በከፊል ተቀቅሎ በጣም ደቅቆ ይከተፍና እንደ ክትፎ ሲሰራ ትኩል ይባላል ። ያም ቅቅል ክትፎ ማለት ነው ። ትኩል ቅቅል ማለት ነው ። ተክል ፣ ወተክል፣ ዎተክል በክስታኔኛ ቀቅል፣ መቀቀል ማለት ነው።

I didn't know Thomas Agame was Thomas of the crippled TPLF. My calculation doesn't give me a reason why Tigreys should hate Gurage but they do profoundly. Nice catch. Compared to Abyssinia Lady, Thomas is very generous towards Guraghies. For inexplicable reason the Guraghies are tolerant of Tigrian and Oromos abuse, verbal and physical. They can even absorb punches from Kembatas and Hadiyas. But they are extremely sensitive towards the Amharas, who is caring and never harms them physically. They are leading the attacks on the Amharas in support of their historical enemies, the Oromos. Very weird.

The Oromuma don’t want to yield. The insult and tussling is the reflection of that. The civil and the poor are trapped in perpetual war. Just a peaceful coexistence respecting one another focusing on development and civil duty was all that mattered but the country is not blessed with that. Coexisting be it in ethnic federated way which failed big time which is bloody and chaotic unlikely to yield much but war. Or coexisting in regionally federated union should have been enough if done the right way.

The appropriate response is that if anybody doesn’t like eating raw meat and KOCHO, then don’t. I don’t think the Japanese will be defensive if you have a word to say about their raw fish cuisines. But jumping on ridiculing orthodoxy is a stupid choice.
Raw meat is a traditional food in Ethiopia. We shouldn’t care what others say.

You keep attacking orthodox while praising PENTE. You can’t single out one sodomite orthodox but half of the PENTE PASTORS ARE sodomite and half the female worshippers are adulterers.

Why attack the EOC and ridicule Teff? If you don’t like the Orthodox religion or don’t believe in it then don’t practice it. If you don’t appreciate or like Teff, then don’t eat it. As simple as that. Only a fool attacks the EOC and Islam in Ethiopia. Those two institutions are the foundation of modern Ethiopia. Pente, Jehova witness and Protestants are newcomers to the country and never played a role in protecting and building Ethiopia. Yet, they are competing with the founding fathers. Isn’t that the same with the different small ethnic groups in Ethiopia? They rarely spill blood in protecting and building Ethiopia but they demanded a front seats.
