Who saved TPLF from extinction ?
- No guerrilla fighter & political party faced relentless & formidable enemies as TPLF ! Right from its inception better equipped EDU and EPRP tried to eliminate it , but they both become history. ELF also tried but faced same fate as EDU & EPRP. Then Derg tried but an allied forces of EPLF and TPLF finished it. After it became government in Arat kilo, jealous Isaias tried to kill it but Isaias was defeated and he was sent to 20 year solitary confinement until the TPLF ungrateful & rebellious son Abiy invited him & again tried to eliminate TPLF using both Eritrean battle hardened army and the full force of the Ethiopian army, special forces and Amhara forces. After 2 years of genocidal war still TPLF succeeded to negotiate & stop the war. Over the last two years Abiy has been trying to divide & kill TPLF but not successful . Recently TPLF formidable enemies Isaias & Amhara forces are trying to bring TPLF to their side though they are concerned that TPLF could outsmart & dominate them as it did for about 3 decades. Abiy also needs TPLF on his side but based on his own terms & conditions like joining him to attack Eritrea and FANO which are not agreeable to TPLF. However looks currently internally weak, led by vision less & clue less leadership that does not where, how to take Tigray to the future. But still Tigray's political future is tied with the success of TPLF. If TPLF disintegrates , Tigray will be led by Getachew type leaders who are focused in filling their belly. If TPLF succeeds it could steer the establishment of a new non-ethnic centred national party that will compete with PP and other parties or could also integrate to PP in the far future( after Abiy is removed from power) . If TPLF could find it difficult to stay as a party in Ethiopia it could convince the Tigray people to succeed & confederate with Eritrea.Axumezana believes TPLF( after rebirth to non-ethinic party ) will stay and continue to work for the renaissance Tigray, Ethiopia , Horn Africa and the whole Africa. Axumezana knows God saved TPLF for its own purpose and that is why Axumezana continues to support and challenge it. Actually Axumezana was forced out of Ethiopia by TPLF top officials but has no grudge & revengeful spirit on TPLF as a servant of Jesus Christ !
