FANO can learn a thing or two from EPLF and TPLF armed struggle

Post by eden » Yesterday, 23:09

It’s always confound me as to why so many FANO individuals in key positions leading the armed struggle are household names.

During EPLF/ TPLF struggle for 30/ 17 years, there were extremely capable individual leaders but they were not known to the population during active struggle years.

The organizations were known but not the leaders within them. Internal matters remained internal. We know only of the organizations, not the many high level individuals.

With FANO, it’s the opposite. The individual leaders names are more recognizable than the divisions they lead. This is a recipe for disaster as the cruel government will use it for its own advantage with its divide and destroy strategy.

Look at FANO Masresha Sete. He’s 1% of FANO leadership but the government is portraying the recent deal with him as if it’s dealing with a significant FANO faction. This is self inflicted by FANO.

The population as a whole needs an organization or an idea to rally behind as one. It doesn’t need endless individual names tied to a geographic sub area or clan.

I ask real thinkers such as ጂዜአ founder to comment about this observation

Eden, I could say with sincerity to even try to compare the TPLF leadership with Fano’s is the worst comparison you could ever make. I detest ethnic politics. For that reason alone I despise TPLF. But I can’t even imagine for a second to compare the TPLF leadership with Fano’s . The TPLF leaders were educated, brainy, and academically the best that Ethiopia has ever produced. You cannot say that about the Fano leaders. The Fano leaders are ሽፍታስ። An Oromo from ጅማ is the prime minister, and they can’t take it.
To be more precise, my dear, They have believed what they preached. Fano is a different animal. Fano was concocted by former derg minister ሻለቃ ዳዊት ወልደጎርጊስ and company የ US congress ውስጥ የማልቀሻ means ለመሆን። Genocide እያሉ ለመጮህ። የምትንቂው የጅማው ሰውየ he has already figured that out.

Fano is popular movement and its leaders rise due to popularity as seen with Zemene and Mere they ascended due to public speeches and giving Moral support to Fano fighters for over 5 years. Shaleka Zinabu, Colonel Muhabaw are said to be more expertise in military but due to their lack of fame they simply gain much support from Fano.

Masresha betrayed Zemene Kassie and is no longer a member of Fano he is as brainless as he looks he simply took off his mask and rejoined his old masters

What a serpent!
A man with no testicles  Eunuch

And there is some truth in what she said. Unless Fano unify itself, selects የተውስኑ ቃለ አቀባዮችና executives, they will face challenges. Individual popularity should give way to party or committee work.
One or two bad apples are not worth worrying but those who desert are

ከጅማ የመጣ መቀበል አቃታቸው አልክ? another idiot suffering from amhara hate when their civilians are being killed in a country affable loves
