Why bother about Somalian fraud in the USA when Ethiopia itself is suffereing huge fraud by every PP goon! They say the actual figure is 20 billion Birr but some of the thieves are untouchable and so they are focussing on only the amount stolen by low-level goons!
BTW horsey, at the current value of the toilet paper birr ($1=180birr), 5.6 billion birr is more than $30 million.
