Don’t invent history. There are people who studied that area extensively. There are literatures on the subject including the reach of the Ethiopian government to those remote posts. The same is true about Haraghie.
The entire province of Sidamo’s towns and villages were created by Amharas and except the town of Negelle Borana ( an Amhara settlement) carried Amhara names. kebre Mengist, Yirga Alem, Wondo Genet, Bure etc was created by the Amharas. The surrounding area of those settlements were occupied and to this day by various tribes some of them naked. The Guraghies were no where to be seen until recently probably about two decades ago following the Amharas footsteps wherever they go. Even that to limited areas like Awassa only.
Why you bring Guarage into this as a builder? Pure invention.

They divide the Afar brothers and tell the one group your boundary is 60kms off the coast of the red sea and you are in prison and you have the right for self determination. And they told the other group you are Eritrean and no right other than being in Eritrea.

You are what you are today because of the generosity of the Amhara people who lay the ground for you to prosper.
Yet you are stabbing them in the back.
The Welayetas did more to Sidamo in hard work than those who came late to the area to steal.
