That is cheap propaganda ! The fact is Meles was the visionary & starter of the dam & TPLF led EPRDF completed 65% of the project & EPRDF 2 finished the remaining. Let us be clear, Abiy never created and built EPRDF2 which is a stolen EPRDF less TPLF.
