US–Eritrea Relations: Between Hope and Sabotage

In geopolitics, memory is often short—but Eritrea remembers. It remembers the betrayals, the broken promises, the sanctions with no cause, the partnerships offered and later withdrawn. Yet, despite this bitter history, Eritrea’s posture toward the United States has never been rooted in revenge or resentment. It has always been anchored in principle.

In his July 2025 interview, President Isaias Afwerki cut through the fog of diplomacy with rare candor:

Many efforts have been made to undermine and crush us during our protracted struggle for liberation,

he said, recalling how US policy, far from championing Eritrean independence, actively worked to suffocate it.

And yet, in 1991, when Eritrea achieved its hard-won freedom, it extended a hand—not to beg, not to borrow, but to build. Constructive engagement was its policy, from day one.

Not because Eritrea forgot, but because it refused to be defined by grievance.

For over three decades, Eritrea has tried to engage Washington with dignity, seeking not favors but fairness.

Our aim was never to dwell on the past,

President Isaias emphasized.

Our focus continues to be on the future.

But the burden of rethinking outdated policies was never carried by the US. Year after year, administration after administration, Washington repeated the same blunders: coercion disguised as diplomacy, aid used as leverage, alliances formed with destabilizing actors in the region.

Then came Trump.

When Donald Trump took office in 2016, there was, according to President Isaias, a unique window of opportunity. Not because Trump understood the Horn in all its complexity, but because the old foreign policy consensus in Washington was briefly disrupted.

The time was ripe,

said the President.

Eritrea reached out—not to cut deals, but to offer a chance for the US to correct decades of regional sabotage.

The initial response was positive. But then, silence. Three years of inaction passed. Nothing meaningful emerged. Then came the Biden administration—and with it, a torrent of hostility. Eritrea was sanctioned, slandered, boxed in with wild accusations, and targeted through back channels. For four years, US-Eritrea relations regressed to their lowest point in decades.

Why?

The answer lies not in Eritrea’s actions, but in its refusal to submit. Eritrea does not play client state. It does not offer strategic assets in exchange for military bases. It will not host CIA operations, in Massawa. It does not sell its sovereignty to secure a seat at someone else’s table. This posture—unapologetically independent—is intolerable to the architects of US foreign policy. And so, the default response was punishment.

But now, with Trump back in the White House, the window may reopen.

We intend to resume the initiative we had once begun,

President Isaias confirmed, outlining a 2026–2028 roadmap for renewed engagement. The tone was sober—neither optimistic nor cynical. Eritrea is not starry-eyed about Washington. But it is also not petty. It sees strategic value in resuming dialogue, not to ask for aid or recognition, but to urge the US to finally adopt sound, rational, and regionally coherent policies.

The engagement, if it proceeds, won’t revolve around Eritrea alone. It must address the broader geopolitical configuration of the Nile Basin, the Red Sea corridor, and the Horn of Africa. It must reverse the flawed “partnerships” that have propped up rogue regimes and fueled crises in Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, and Yemen. And most critically—it must listen.

Will Washington listen this time?

That remains uncertain. President Isaias was blunt about the challenges:

Our calls may fall on deaf ears… but we will continue to explain the damaging consequences of these policies.

Eritrea’s strategy, as always, is to speak the truth and let history decide. No hysteria. No appeasement. Just clarity and consistency.

The interview also exposed another layer of the conflict—Eritrea is not only battling state actors. It is constantly countering a global disinformation network, often fueled by regional rivals and NGOs with shadowy funding. These entities spend millions, to tarnish Eritrea’s image and obstruct any US rapprochement. They whisper in Washington’s ears, sowing doubts, framing Eritrea as a “spoiler” when in truth, it is a stabilizing force.

But Eritrea isn’t waiting on America. Its diplomacy spans beyond the Potomac.

Engagement with the United States is one of several important priorities,

President Isaias explained, referencing ongoing outreach to Russia, China, India, the EU, and the Global South.

We must also recognize that the situation remains fluid,

he said.

It will require objective and continuous assessment.

What stands out most in his words, is discipline. Eritrea has not wavered, despite the vilification. It has not allowed internal politics or external noise to derail its course. It has a plan, it has the patience to wait, and it has the strength to stand alone—if necessary.

Engagement, yes. But only on equal footing.

Italian High-Level Delegation Visits Massawa Port

The Italian high-level delegation led by Mr. Francesco Lollobrigida, Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, and including Mr. Edmondo Cirielli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, visited various development sites in the port city of Massawa.

Upon arrival at Massawa International Airport, the delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Tewolde Kelati, Minister of Marine Resources.

The delegation laid a wreath at the Massawa Italian Soldiers Cemetery.

During their visit to the Port of Massawa and the ship repair centre, the delegation received a briefing on the historical background of the port, the services it provided, the expansion activities undertaken after independence, and its current operational capacity.

In the meeting held with Minister Tewolde Kelati, discussions focused on prospects for strengthening investment in the marine sector. The delegation also received a video presentation highlighting Eritrea’s rich marine resources and the ongoing renovation activities carried out using internal capacity.

The delegation also visited Dese Island.

Contribution Towards Augmenting Martyrs Trust Fund

The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare reported, that nationals inside the country and abroad have extended financial support to augment the National Martyrs Trust Fund.

Accordingly, nationals in south-west Stockholm contributed 33,000 Kroner; the Eritrean community in Sundsvall and its environs contributed 25,000 Kroner; nationals in Norrköping contributed 13,000 Kroner; the Eritrean community in Älmhult contributed 5,000 Kroner; and members of the ‘Nakfa Hidri Martyrs’ contributed 5,000 Kroner.

Similarly, nationals in Los Angeles, including Priest Teklehaimanot Kiflezgi and his spouse Ms. Abrehatsion Asgedom, contributed 1,000 Dollars, while Mr. Haile Mihreteab, Mr. Ambasager Berhane, and Mr. Yohannes Abraham collectively contributed 700 Dollars towards enhancing the National Martyrs Trust Fund.

Likewise, the National Confederation of Eritrean Workers contributed 96,000 Nakfa; the Eritrean community in Sundsvall and its environs contributed another 25,000 Kroner; the Eritrean cooperative association in Linköping contributed 15,000 Kroner; and nationals in Norway, Ms. Semhar Habtemicael and Mr. Daniel Gebremeskel, contributed 10,188 Nakfa. Nationals in Sweden, Ms. Tsigehana Keleta and Ms. Beilul Tsegai, contributed 5,760 Kroner; Mr. Siem Yemane contributed 1,900 Kroner; and Ms. Freweini Teklu contributed 1,400 Kroner. Youth members of the Kidane Mihret Association in Edmonton, Canada, contributed 1,000 Dollars; Mr. Temesgen Kifletsion, a resident of Angola, contributed 720 Dollars; and nationals in Leiden and its environs in the Netherlands contributed 5,040 Euros in support of families of martyrs.

ኣቶ ኤልያስ ሞጎስ ወኪል ኣካያዲ ስርሕ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ብምዃን ዝሰርሕ ዘሎ’ዩ። ንሓፈሻዊ ዕማማት ናይ’ቲ ፕሮጀክት ኣመልኪትካ ሓበሬታ ክትህበና ምስ በልናዮ፡ ንሕቶና ብኽፉት ልቢ’ዩ ተቐቢልዎ። ከም መብርሂኡ ድማ፡ እቲ ፕሮጀክት ኣብ 1999 እዩ ተመስሪቱ። ክምስረት እንከሎ፡ እቲ ቦታ ጫካን ዘይድፈር ዱርን እዩ ነይሩ። ካብዚ ዝተጠቕሰ ዓመት ጀሚሩ በብግዜኡ እናለምዐ ነዚ ሕጂ በጺሕዎ ዘሎ ደረጃ በጺሑን ገና እቲ ናይ ምስፋሕ መደብ ይቕጽል ኣሎን። እቲ ብ70 ሄክታር ዝጀመረ ፕሮጀክት ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል፡ ኣብቲ እዋን ድሑርን ብነግሓዊ ኣገባብ ማይ ዝሰትን እዩ ነይሩ። በብግዜኡ ኣብ ኣገባብ ልምዓት ለውጢ እናተገበረ፡ እዚ ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ዝጥቀመሉ ናብ ነጠብጣባዊ ኣገባብ ተሰጋጊሩ።

ኣብ’ቲ ቦታ ኣብ ከባቢ 2004-2005 ኣቢላ ዝተደኮነት ፋብሪካ ሳልሳ ኣላ። ዝሰፍሐ መደብ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ድማ፡ ነዚ ኣብ ግምት ኣእትዩ ኣብ ኮሚደረ ትዅረት ዝገብር እዩ። ብዘይካ’ዚ፡ ብርጭቕ፡ ዱባ፡ ሽጉርቲ፡ ወዘተ ኣብቲ ቦታ ተዘሪኦም ጽቡቕ ፍርያት ካብ ዝህቡ’ዮም።

ፕሮጀክት ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ክሳብ ሕጂ 120 ሄክታር ዝለምዐ መሬት ክህልዎ እንከሎ፡ እቲ ናይ ልምዓት መደብ ግን በዚን ኣብዚን ተደሪቱ ደው ዝብል ዘይኮነ - ቀጻሊ’ዩ። ምንጪ ማይ ናይ’ዚ ፕሮጀክት፡ ተጐዝጒዝዎ ካብ ዝሓልፍ ዓቢ ሩባ ኰይኑ፡ ብሞተረታት ተጨንጒዑ ይሰቲ። ተጠቃሚ 24 ሰዓት ኤለክትሪክ ስለ ዝዀነ ናይ ጸዓት ጸገም የብሉን። ትሕዝቶ ማይ’ውን ውሑስ’ዩ።

ክብ ኢሉ ከም ዝተጠቕሰ፡ ዝዓበየ ፍርያት ሕርሻ ፕሮጀክት ኣፍ ሂምቦል፡ ንፋብሪካ ሳልሳ ዘገልግል ኮሚደረ’ዩ። ዓመታዊ ድማ፡ ካብ 25 ክሳብ 26 ሽሕ ኵንታል ኮሚደረ ይሕፈሶ። እዚ ምህርቲ’ዚ፡ ነታ ኣብኡ (ኣፍ ሂምቦል) ተደኲና ዘላ ከምኡ ድማ፡ ኣብ ኣለቡ ተደኲና ዘላ ፋብሪካ ሳልሳ ተላኢኹ ይጠሓን። ዝተረፉ ከም እኒ ዱባን ብርጭቕን ካልኦትን ድማ ብቐጥታ ናብ ዕዳጋ ኣስመራ ይለኣኹ።

ኣፍ ሂምቦል ንሕርሻ ዘገልግል ከይተሰከፍካ ዝሕረስ ሰፊሕ ቦታ ዝውንን ከባቢ’ዩ። ዝዓበየ ክፋል ናይ’ቲ ዛጊት ኣብ መዓላ ውዒሉ ዘሎ ቦታ ሕርሻ ከኣ ኮሚደረ ይዝራእ። ዕምሪ ኮሚደረ ካብ 3 ወይ 4 ወርሒ ዝሓልፍ ኣይኮነን። ስለ ዝኾነ ምህርቲ ኮሚደረ ድሕሪ ምሕፋሱ፡ ዱባ፡ ብርጭቕን ካልእን ብምዝራእ እቲ ቦታ ኣብ ጥቕሚ ይውዕል። ብኸምዚ ኣገባብ ከኣ ኣብ ዓመት ካብ ክልተ ክሳብ ሰለስተ ግዜ ፍርያት ይሕፈሶ።

መሬት ኣብ ምህብታም ግደ ድዅዒ ዓቢ’ዩ። ኣብ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ከከም ኣድላይነቱ ባህርያዊ ድዅዒ’ዮም ዝጥቀሙ። ኣብ መድሃኒት ጸረ-ባልዓት ኣትክልቲ’ውን እንተዀነ፡ ከም ተርእዮ ባልዓት ኣብ ዝረኣዩሉ፡ ኣብቲ ቦታ ብዘለዉ ክኢላታት ናይቲ ዓውዲ፡ ንምቊጽጻሮም ቅልጡፍ ስጒምቲ ይውሰድ።

ካልእ፡ እቲ ዝዓበየ ገጽ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል፡ ኣብ ህዝቢ’ቲ ከባቢ ፈጢርዎ ዘሎ ዕድል ስራሕ እዩ። ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ልዕሊ 120 ሰራሕተኛታት ኣለውዎ። እቶም ሰራሕተኛታት ቅድሚ ሕጂ ልምዲ ስራሕ ዘይነበሮምን ዝበዝሓ ደቀንስትዮ ሰራሕተኛታት ድማ ካብ ከባቢ ገዛአን ወጺአን ዘይፈልጣን እየን።

ኣቶ ኤልያስ ሞጎስ ኣብ መወዳእታ፡ ራእይ ሕርሻዊ ፕሮጀክት ኣፍ ሂምቦል ከብርሃልና ብዝተወከስናዮ ዝሃበና መልሲ፡ ብምዕቡልን ዘመናውን ቴክኖሎጂ ዝተደገፈ ንምግባሩን ንምምዕባሉን ይጸዓረሉ ምህላዉ ኣውኲኡልና።

መሃንድስ ደበሳይ ዘርኢሰናይ፡ ኣብ 2018 እዩ ብዓውዲ ሕርሻዊ ምህንድስና ካብ ኮለጅ ሕርሻ ሓመልማሎ ተመሪቑ። ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ መደብ ስርሑ ድማ፡ ምስ ካልኣዩ ኣካየድቲ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ብምዃን ዝሰርሕ ዘሎ’ዩ። መሃንድስ ደበሳይ መጀመርታ ኣብ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ኣብ ዝተመደበሉ፡ መሬት ሕርሻ ናይ’ቲ ቦታ ንምንታይ መዓላ ክውዕል ከም ዘለዎ ዝተጻፈፈ ንድፊ ወጺኡሉ፡ መስርሕ ምስትኽኻል ወይ ምምድማድ መሬት ተኻይዱሉ’ዩ ጸኒሕዎ።

ዕላማ ፕሮጀክት ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ነዊሕ፡ ናብኡ ንምብጻሕ ድማ ዕላማ ሓንጺጹ ተበጊሱ ዘሎ ወፍሪ’ዩ። ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ድማ፡ ካብቲ ተዋዲዱ ዘሎ ስፍሓት፡ 100 ሄክታር ኮሚደረ፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ 10 ሄክታር ዱባ ተዘሪኡ ኣብ ኣጋ ምፍራዩ’ዩ ጸኒሑና።

ኣፍ ሂምቦል ትሕዝቶ ሓመዱ፡ ማዩን ክንክኑን ብምዝማድ፡ ከምቲ ዝተጠቕሰ፡ ትሕዝቶ ሓመዱ ንምህብታም ድዅዒ እንስሳታት ስለ ዝጥቀሙ፡ ኣብ እቶትን እቶታውነትን ዘዕገብ ምዃኑ ይግለጽ። ኮሚደረ ንኣብነት፡ ካብ ሄክታር ካብ 400 ክሳብ 500 ኵንታል ይርከቦ። ብርጭቕን ዱባን’ውን ብተመሳሳሊ ብኣማኢት ኵንታል ይሕፈስ። ካብ ኣዝርእቲ ጽቡቕ ምህርቲ ዝሕፈሶ መሸላ’ውን ይዝራእ እዩ።

ኣብቲ ቦታ ናይ ማይ ጸገም የለን። ጥብ እትብል ማይ ኣብ መዓልኣ ክትውዕል ኣለዋ ብዝብል ድማ፡ እቲ ናይ ሕርሻ ቦታ ብነጠብጣባዊ’ዩ ዝሰቲ። ወቕቲ ጽድያ እቲ ከባቢ ብመጠኑ ዝዝሕለሉ እዋን’ዩ። በዚ ድማ ዝዓበየ ክፋል ንጥፈታት ናይ’ቲ ሕርሻ ኣብዚ ዝተጠቕሰ ግዜ ክኸውን ይምረጽ።



ወ/ሮ ክብራ ኪዳነ፡ ወ/ሮ መዲና ኣቡበከርን ወ/ሮ ነጃት መሓመድ ኣደምን ሰብ ሓዳርን ሰራሕተኛታት ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦልን ኰይነን፡ ብዛዕባ’ቲ ተፈጢሩለን ዘሎ ባይታ ስራሕን ረብሓኡን ከዕልላና ካብ ዝተወከስናየን ነበርቲ ኣፍ-ሂምቦል እየን። ንሰን ካብ ነዊሕ ጀሚረን ኣብ ስራሕ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ተቘጺረን ዝሰርሓ ዘለዋ’የን። ወ/ሮ ክብራ ኣደ 4 ውሉዳት፡ ወ/ሮ መዲናን ወ/ሮ ነጃትን ድማ ነፍሲ-ወከፈን 3 ውሉዳት ዘለዉወን ኣደታት እየን። ኣብቲ ቦታ ካብ ክልተ ክሳብ ሰለስተ ዓመት ዕድመ ስራሕ ዘለወን’የን። ወ/ሮ ክብራ ቅድሚ ክልተ ዓመት እያ ስራሕ ጀሚራ። ከምዚ ዝበለ ንኹሉ ናይ ጉልበት ሰራሕተኛ ዘሳትፍ ዕድል ሽቕለት ምፍጣሩ፡ ኣብ ህይወታን መነባብሮኣን ዝረኸበቶ ለውጢ ብኸምዚ ዝስዕብ ብሓበን ትገልጾ፥

እቲ ዝዓበየ ወፊርካ ገዛኻ ብሰላም ምምላስ’ዩ። ኣብ ርእሲ’ዚ ሳዕሪ ንጥሪትና፡ ካብቲ እንኣርዮ ምህርቲ ድማ ንድራር ዕለትና ዝኸውን ኣስቤዛ ሒዝና ንገዛና ንኣቱ። እዚ ኹሉ ኣብ ርእሲ ደሞዝና እግሪ መገድና ክንማልኦ ዝፍቀደልና ሽሻይ’ዩ። ከምዚ እናገበርና ጥሪትና ዓመት ምሉእ ልምሉም ሳዕሪ፡ ንሕና ድማ ኣሕምልቲን ፍረታትን ንምገብ። ስለዚ ካብዚ ዝዓቢ ረብሓን ጥቕሚን የለን። ንሕና ናይ ብሓቂ ርቡሓት ኢና። ከማና ምድማ ንኻልእ ይፍጠረሉ ክብል ጥራይ’የ ዝኽእል።

ቅድሚ ሕጂ ኣብ ኣብያተ-ሻሂን ምግብናን ተቖጺራ ናብራኣን ህይወት ደቃን ትኣሊ ምንባራን ነዚ ክትገብር ብዙሕ ትሽገርን ትጽገምን ምንባራ ዝገለጸት ወይዘሮ ክብራ፡ መንግስቲ ፕሮጀክት ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ድሕሪ ምጅማሩ፡ ኣብ ቦታ ሕርሻ ናይቲ ፕሮጀክት ተቘጺሮም ክሰርሑ ዕድል ካብ ዝረኸቡ ሓንቲ ምዃና ዕግበታ ገሊጻ። ብኸምዚ መነባብሮኣ ዘመሓይሽ ኣብ ወርሒ ፍርቂ ኵንታል እኽሊን 500 ናቕፋን እናተኸፍለት ትሰርሕ ብምህላዋ ደቃ ብዘይጸገም ከተምህር ምኽኣላ ኣውጊዓትና።

ወ/ሮ መዲና፡ ጾር ወላዲኦም ዝሞቶም 3 ውሉዳ ኣብ እንግድዓኣ ጸይራ ከም ኣቦን ኣደን ኰይና፡ ኣብ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል እናሰርሐት ደቃ ኣብ ምንባይ ትርከብ ኣደ’ያ። ንሳ፡ ቅድሚ ክልተ ዓመት’ያ፡ ኣብ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ስራሕ ጀሚራ። ቅድሚኡ ዝዀነ ተመኵሮ ናይ ስራሕ ኣይነበራን። ካብ ገዛ ወጺእካ ሰሪሕካ ገዛኻ ዝእቶ ይመስላ’ውን ኣይነበረን። ብዛዕባ ሕርሻ ኰነ ተጠቃምነት ኣሕምልቲን ፍረታትን ይፈልጡ ካብ ዘይነበሩ ሓንቲ’ያ። ካብ ገዛኣ ወጺኣ ክትሰርሕን ምስ ሕርሻን ንጥፈታቱን ክትላለን ዝኸኣለት፡ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ምስ ጀመረ’ዩ። ብድሕሪ’ዚ ኣብ ዕለታዊ መግቢ ስድራኣ ኣሕምልቲን ፍረታትን ከተዘውትር ድሕሪ ምጅማራ ረብሓን ጥቕሚን ሕርሻ ክትርዳእ ክኢላ።

ስራሕ ቅድሚ ምጅማረይ፡ ዓቕሚ ስለ ዘይነበረኒ፡ እቶም ክልተ ዓበይቲ ደቀይ ከምህሮም ኣይከኣልኩን። እቲ ዝነኣሰ ወደይ ግን ዕድል ገይሩ ስራሕ ጀሚረ ቊጠባ ገዛይ ክረግእ ምስ ጀመረ ስለ ዝተወልደ፡ ዕድል ረኺቡ ይመሃር ኣሎ፡

ዝበለት ወ/ሮ መዲና፡ ኣብ ሕርሻ ኣፍ ሂምቦል ሰሪሓ ብእትረኽቦ ኣታዊ ዝተመሓየሸ ናብራኣ፡ ሕጂ ኮይና ንዝሓለፈ ናይ ድኽነት እዋን እንክትዝክሮ ኣመና ከም ዘተሓሳስባ ብምስቁርቋር ትገልጾ።

ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራ ንልዕሊ 50 ዓመት እናሻዕ እናደመቐ ዝቕጽል ዘሎ ኤርትራዊ ሃገራዊ ምትእኽኻብ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፣ ኤርትራዊ ባህልን ክብርታትን ዝዅስኰሰሉ፣ ታሪኽን መንነትን ዝወራረሰሉ፣ ባህላዊ ጽባቐናን ብዙሕነትናን ዝደምቀሉ ናይ ሓድነት መኣዲ እዩ። ልክዕ ከምቲ ኣብ ኣስመራ - ቀጽሪ ኤክስፖ ብውዕዉዕ መንፈስ ዝካየድ ፈስቲቫል፣ ኣብ ዝተፈላለያ ሃገራት ወጻኢ ዝነብሩ ኤርትራውያን እውን ምስ ሃገሮም፡ ህዝቦምን ባህሎምን ዘለዎም ምትእስሳር ዝድርዑሉ ፈስቲቫላት በቢ ዓመቱ የካይዱ እዮም። ፈስቲቫላት ኣብ ኤውሮጳ እንክትሓስብ ፈለማ ኣብ ኣእምሮኻ ቅጅል ዝብለካ ፈስቲቫል ቦሎኛ 1990 እዩ። ኣብቲ እዋን፡ ኣብ ድሮ ኣፈፌት ናጽነት ብምንባሩ፣ ህዝቢ ዝነበሮ ምሒር ባህግን ናፍቖትን ኣብቶም ናይቲ እዋን ናይ ሜዳ ኣባላት ጉጅለ ባህሊ ዘርእዮ ዝነበረ ፍቕሪ ስኑድ ምስክር እዩ።

እንሆ ድማ ሎሚ ፈስቲቫል ቦሎኛ ዓምቢቡ፡ ኣብ ምሉእ ዓለም ዝርከቡ ኤርትራውያን ዓመት መጸ እናተኣኻኸቡ ኣብ ጽላል ሓንቲ ሰንደቕ ብጥምረት ኣብ ፈስቲቫላቶም ኣብ ሓንቲ ቀጽሪ ብምክብባር ኤርትራውነቶም ይኹልዑ።

ከም ኣካል ናይዚ ድማ ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራውያን ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ማለት ሽወደን ደኒማርክ ነርወይን ፊንላንድን ካብ 24 ክሳብ 27 ሓምለ ብውዕዉዕ ሃገራዊ መንፈስ ክካየድ ቀንዩ ብድምቀት ተዛዚሙ ኣሎ።

እቲ ካብ ዝተፈላለያ ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ እንተላይ ካብ ኣመሪካ ካናዳን ካልኦት ሃገራትን ዝመጽኡ ልዕሊ 28,300 ነጋድያን ዝተሳተፍዎ ፈስቲቫል፣ ሰሚናራት፡ ባህላውን ስነጥበባውን መደባት፡ ቁሸት ሃገራት፡ ቁሸት መንእሰያትን ቆልዑን፡ ኤግዚብሽንን ካልእ ዝተፈላለየ ንጥፈታትን ዘጠቓለለ እዩ ነይሩ።



ኣብቲ ብኣምባሳደር ኤርትራ ኣብ ኢጣልያን ተንቀሳቓሲ ኣምባሳደር ኣብ ሽወደንን ኣቶ ፍስሓጽዮን ጴጥሮስ ተመሪቑ ዝተኸፍተ ፈስቲቫል፡ ኣቦመንበር ኣወሃሃዲ ሽማግለ በዓላት ኣቶ ኣለም ተኽለገርጊሽ ኣብ ዘስመዖ ቃል፣ ፈስቲቫልና ክንዮ ፋይናንሳዊ ረብሓ ዝጠመተ ሓያል ሱታፌ ህዝቢ ዘረጋገጸ፡ ሃገራዊ ወኒ ዘበራበረ እዩ ድሕሪ ምባል፡ ብወግዑን ጸጥታኡን ንኡድ ብምዃኑ፡ ክሳብ ከባቢና ዝጸሉ ኮይኑ ንረብሓ ሓፋሽ ዓሊሙ ብዘይ ምቁራጽ ን27 ዓመታት ዝቕጽል ዘሎ እንኮ ፈስቲቫል ምዃኑ ገሊጹ።

ፈስቲቫል ስካንዲናቭያ መዘክር ኩሎም ክብርታት ኮይኑ፡ ሃገራዊ ትውፊት ኣብ ምዕቃብን ምርግጋጽን ልዑል እጃም ከምዘለዎ ዝገለጸ ኣቶ ኣለም፡ ሕመረት ዕዉት ፈስቲቫላትና ኩሎም ኣባላት ኮሚቴ፡ ውዳበታት፡ ማሕበረኮማትን ብሓፈሻ ልዑል ተሳትፎ ህዝቢ ምዃኑ ኣረጋጊጹ። ኣብ መወዳእታ ኣቶ ኣለም ንኹሎም ንዓወት እዚ ፈስቲቫል ኣበርክቶ ዝገበሩ ኣካላት ብምምስጋን፡ ካብ ክራይን ወጺእና ባዕልና እንውንኖ ኤርትራዊ ቤት ንክህልወና ዝተጀመረ ተበግሶ ብሰፊሑ ክስራሓሉ ተላብዩ።

ኣብ ካልኣይ መዓልቲ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል ድማ ኣምባሳደር ፍስሓጽዮን ጴጥሮስ ከም ኣካል ናይቲ ንጥፈታት ንተሳተፍቲ፣ ንህልው ኩነታት ዝምልከት ሰፊሕ ሰሚናር ኣካይዱ። ኣምባሳደር ፍስሓጽዮን ኣብ መግለጺኡ፣ ፈስቲቫላትና መንእሰያት እንኹስኩሰሉ፡ ታሪኽናን ሃገራዊ ክብርታትናን እነውርሰሉ መኣዲ ምትሕቝቛፍን ሓድነትን ምዃኑ ብምግላጽ፣ ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራውያን ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ክንዮ ርዝነቱ ክማላኻዕ ብልዑል ወንን ሓያል ተወፋይነትን ንዝጸዓሩ ሃገራዊ ሽማግለ በዓላት ስካንዲናቭያ፡ ብፍላይ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ኣብ ኩሉ ውራያት ንዝስከመኦ ሓላፍነት መጕሱ።

ኣብ መጀመርታ ሰብዓታት ፈሊሙ ርዝነቱ እናወሰኸ ንልዕሊ ሓምሳ ዓመታት ዝተኻየደ ፈስቲቫላትና፡ ኣበርክቶኡ ኣብ ምስራጽ ሃገራዊ ክብርታት ዕዙዝ ከምዝኾነ ዝገለጸ ኣምባሳደር ፍስሓጽዮን፡ በብዓመቱ ኣብ ኩሉ ፈስቲቫላትና ዝረአ ዘሎ ናይ መንእሰያት ተሳትፎን ኣበርክቶን ምእንቲ ክወራረስ ተራ ናይ ኩሎም ወለዲ ኣገዳሲ ምዃኑ ኣስሚሩሉ።

ኣምባሳደር ፍስሓጽዮን ኣብቲ ንህልው ኩነታት ኣመልኪቱ ዘቕረቦ ሰሚናር ብተወሳኺ፡ ኤርትራ ኣብዚ እዋንዚ ሰላማን ርግኣታን ኣውሒሳ ኣብ ገስጋስ ሃገራዊ ልምዓት ከም እትርከብ ብምግላጽ፡ ስጕምና ንልምዓትን ጉዕዞና ንዝለዓለ ብራኸን ንምዕንቃፍ ዝግበር ውዲታት ከም ወትሩ ብስጡም ሃገራዊ መስመርና ከም እንስዕሮ ገሊጹ።

ሓይሊ ኤርትራ ውሁድ ዓቕሚ ናይ ነፍሲወከፍ ዜጋ እዩ ድሕሪ ምባል ድማ፡ ካብ ሓድነትና ዝምንጩ ሓይሊ ኤርትራውነትና፡ መሰረት ናይ ኩሉ ሃገራዊ መደባትናን ስጉምትታትናን ብምዃኑ ክንዕቅቦን ከነወራርሶን ይግባእ ኢሉ።

ህንጸት ሃገር ንመንግስቲ ጥራይ ዘይግደፍ ተራን ተሳትፎን ናይ ነፍሲወከፍ ዜጋ ዝጠልብ ከምዝኾነ ዝሓበረ ኣምባሳድር ፍስሓጽዮን፡ ዝተጀመሩ መደባት ሃገራዊ ልምዓት ንምዕዋት ኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገራት ዝርከቡ ኤርትራውያን ራብዓይ ግንባር ከም ወትሩ ተሳትፎኦም ከዕዝዙ ተላብዩ።



ተሳተፍቲ ብግዲኦም፡ ኣብ ዝተዳለወ ሰሚናር ሕቶታትን ርእይቶታትን ድሕሪ ምቕራብ፣ ካብ ሃገራዊ መስመሮም ነቕ ከይበሉ ውዳበታቶምን ሓድነቶምን ብምጽናዕ፡ መደባት መንግስቲ ንምዕዋት ድሉዋት ምዃኖም ኣረጋጊጾም።

ወላኳ ተሳተፍቲ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል

ኣይመነናዮን፡ ናፍቖትና ኣየውጻእናን፡ ክቕጽል ነይሩዎ

ዝብል ባህግን ስምዒትን እንተስምዑ፣ በቲ ዝተታሕዘሉ መደብ መሰረት ክዛዝም ስለዝነበሮ፣ ብ 27 ሓምለ ክዛዘም ግድን ኮነ።

ፈጻሚ ጉዳያት ኤምባሲ ኤርትራ ኣብ ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ኣቶ ማሓመድ ዓሊ መሓመድ ስዒድ ኣብ መዛዘሚ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል ኣብ ዘስመዖ ቃል፣ ዓመት መጸ ዝካየድ ፈስቲቫል ብልዑል ድምቀትን ተሳታፍነትን ዝካየድ፣ ሃገራዊ መንነትን ክብርታትን ዝንጸባረቐሉ ሓቛፊ ኣጋጣሚ ምዃኑ ብምግላጽ፣ ድሙቕ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ናይ ኤርትራውያን ምትእስሳርን ሓባራዊ መንነትን ዘንጸባርቕ፡ ንተረካቢ ወለዶ ታሪኽን ክብርታትን ዘውርስ ድልዱል ሰረትን ሰንሰለትን ምዃኑ ሓቢሩ።

ኣቶ መሓመድ ዓሊ ኣስዒቡ፣ እዚ ክቡር ኤርትራዊ ሃገራዊ ውራይ ብኸምዚ ዝበለ ድምቀት ምክያዱ፡ ሞሳ ናይቶም ብዙሕ ንዝመልክዓቱ ብድሆታትን ተጻብኦታትን ሰጊሮም ውዳበኦም ኣሐዪሎም ለይትን ቀትርን ከይተሓለሉ ዝጸዓሩ ኣባላት ኣወሃህዲ ሽማግለታትን ኣብ ትሕቲኦም ዝርከቡ ሓይሊ ዕማማትን ምዃኑ ጠቒሱ፣ ተሳትፎን ኣበርክቶን ናይ ህዝቢ እውን ንዓወት እዚ ፈስቲቫል ዘለዎ ተራ መጕሱ።

ኣብ መወዳእታ፡ ንኹሎም’ቶም ንምዕዋት መደባት ፈስቲቫል ዝዓየዩ ኣካላትን ውልቀሰባትን ምስጋንኡ ብምቕራብ፣ ካብ ኤርትራ ዝመጸት ጉጅለ ባህልን ኣብ ኤውሮፓ ዝርከቡ ስነጥበባውያንን ብምውህሃድ ነቲ ፈስቲቫል ኣብ ምድማቕ ንዝነበሮም ልዑል ተራ መጒሱ።



ጸሓፊት ሃገራዊ ኣወሃሃዲ ሽማግለ በዓላት ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ወይዘሮ ጽገሬዳ በርሀ ብወገና፣ ፈስቲቫላትና ብድሆታትን ተጻብኦታትን እናሰገረ ን27 ዓመታት ምክያዱ ቀንዲ ሕመረቱ እቲ ጉልበቱን ገንዘቡን ከይበቐቐ ወትሩ ሃገረይ ዝዝምር ጻዕራም ህዝቢ’ዩ ድሕሪ ምባል፣ ሕጂ’ውን ኣብ ጎድኒ መትከላት መንግስቱ ደው ኢሉ ብዝሓየለ ናህሪ ከምዝቕጽል እምነታ ገሊጻ።

ወይዘሮ ጽገሬዳ ኣስዒባ፡ ኣብዚ ን4 መዓልታት ብድምቀት ዝተኻየደ ፈስቲቫል፡ ዝተፈላለየ ኣስተምህሮታትን ንጥፈታትን ንዘቕረቡ ኩሎም ብምምስጋን፣ ኤርትራዊ ተደሚሩ ዘድምዕ፡ ተራቢሑ ዝምክት፡ ተኻፊሉ ዝቋደስ ምዃኑ ብግብሪ ዘረጋገጸ ፈስቲቫልና ካባና ብኣናን ናባናን ኮይኑ ን4 መዓልታት ድምቀቱን መቐረቱን ከይጎደለ ንዛዝሞ ኣለና’ሞ ዮውሃና ድሕሪ ምባል፣ ኩለን ተሳተፍቲ ትካላትን ሃገራትን ዳሳተን ከፊተን ባህላዊ ሃገራዊ ትሕዝቶአን ከይጎደለ ብፍሕሽው እንግዶት ክገብረኦ ንዝቐነያ ተሳትፎ መጒሳ።

ኣብ መወዳእታ ድማ ኣብ ምዕዋት እዚ ፈስቲቫል ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ንጥፈታት ኣበርክቶ ዝገበሩ ውልቀሰባትን ትካላትን፡ ካብ ኢድ ኣምባሳደር ፍስሓጽዮን ጴጥሮስን ካልኦት ሓለፍትን ናይ ምስጋና ዋናጩን ምስክር ወረቐትን ተቐቢሎም።

ኣብቲ ፈስቲቫል ካብ ምኽባር ጸጥታ ክሳብ ምቕባል ኣጋይሽ፣ ካብ ኣቕርቦት ክሳብ ጽርየት፣ ካብ ኣገልግሎት ክሳብ ምቕሉልነት ዝተዓዘብናዮ ናይ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ኣባላት ኮሚቴ ተወፋይነትን ምውህሃድን ብቃላት ዝግለጽ ኣይኮነን። ብኣኻትኩም ኰሪዕና ኢና’ሞ እንቋዕ መጎሰኩም ጥራይ ኢልና ክንሓልፎ። ጭውነት ናይቲ ወትሩ ሃገረይ ዘማሪ ህዝቢ እውን ኣብቲ መርገጺ እግሪ ዘይትረኽበሉ ብኣሽሓት ተዓዘብቲ ዝተሳተፍዎ ዓቢ ቀጽሪ ክንርእዮ በቒዒና ኢና’ሞ፣ ኣንታ ሓላል ህዝቢ ዓይኒ ኣባይካ ይደፈን ንብሎ።

ፈስቲቫል ኤርትራውያን ሃገራት ስካንዲናቭያ ካብ ህጻን ክሳብ ሽማገለ ብሓጎስ ዝተሰራሰሩሉ ኣጋጣሚ ምንባሩ ብኣካል ተዓዚብናዮ። ሓሓሊፍና ንነጋድያን ኣብ ዝተወከስናሉ፣ ስምዒቶም ልዕሊ ቃላት እዩ ነይሩ። ፈስቲቫል ንዓና ንኤርትራውያን መግለጺ ክብርታትናን መንነትናን ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ምስ ሃገርና ዘተኣሳስረና ሓያል ድልድል እዩ ድማ ይብሉ። ኣብዚ ቀጽሪ ታሪኽና ኣሎ፣ ኣብዚ ቀጽሪ ፍቕርና ይንጸባረቕ፣ ናፍቖትና ንገላለጽ ሓድነትና ነደልድል፣ ብሓፈሻ ፈስቲቫልና መሰረት እንታይነትናዩ፣ እናበሉ ድማ ምስ ናፍቖቶም ንዓመታ ከምዚ እዋን ብዝበለጸ ድምቀት ኣብዛ ቀጽርና የራኽበና ብምባል፣ ነታ ብክቢ ዝሰቐሉዋ ኣብ ቀጽሪ ደቂ ሓደ ልቢ ከተምበልብል ዝቐነየት ባንዴራ ኤርትራ ብሃገራዊ መዝሙር ኣሰንዮም ኣውሪዶም ፈስቲቫሎም ዛዚሞም።
