I observe that Eritreans often clash with each other on this contest, likely because many contestants were raised in foreign countries where most restaurants are owned by Ethiopians. Personally, I’m not a fan of Ethiopian doro wot; it tends to be overly spicy and relies too much on fermented Ethiopian bûtter. As a result, Eritrean fans seem to be accustomed to Ethiopian cuisine.
In my opinion, doro wot shouldn’t be too spicy and should definitely include tomato paste.

tarik agame, the ethiopian language like injera, doro wat and other terms are used allover the world because it is the dominant one in the west as fed_up said because ethiopian restaurants are found everywhere
