The leader of a country should be a CEO, no more no less, who should manage the country for the benefit of the people and disappear when his time is up. Just like that. No personal ambitions or disruptive vision (not many of them, not interfering with the peace of the nation). A leader should be a person who based on the resources, capabilities available in the country could lead the country to the level of current human civilization by changing people life, productivity, peace, diplomacy under modern law.
