This is not a matter for some sort of hypothetical debate; this is a matter for factual verification. Wait until mid-July when Dangote Group officially announces the Gode Fertilizer Factory to be completed at the cost 3 billion USD in 3 years. So, please don't mix categories of issues. There are propositions one can argue about and there factual statements one can disprove from their sources. So, if you don't believe me contact the Nigerian giant and show us their statement proving your position.
Remember, Ethiopia got 3 billion USD this year only from the sale of coffee. Also remember that Ethiopia is building a mega airport city for 6 billion USD which is literally being built. As we speak the land is being prepared ABSRA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF ADDIS ABABA
