Need for admiration: The actions and ambitions of both to look a preeminent person may suggest a need for recognition and status
Lack of empathy (perceived): Their public statements regarding victims' suffering or their apparent disregard for democratic principles unusual and potentially indicative of a lack of empathy.
Arrogance and manipulation : Their demeanor is arrogant, particularly in how they interact with others; his boss with his officials, and suggest they might be manipulative in the pursuit of power/position.
