Actually, the solution is not taxis. It is those green electric buses. They must shoot for all electric zillions of green buses running every 5 minutes. There are cities in the world where buses arrive every 5 minutes in most parts of the city. Addis simply has too many people to be taken care of by taxis that carry 5 to 15 persons each.Buses carry 150 to 300 each. Buses just like bikes will have dedicated lanes free from privates cars.
