The country's external debt that was $27 Billion when Abiy came to power in 2018 has now reached $68.9 Billion in 2025, a 151% increase within the last 7 years, with international economists predicating the debt will rise as high as $220 Billion dollars by 2030 (if the country survives that long).

My only concern is that, the people flooding the internet with videos of the Burkina Faso's leader may have an ulterior motive to pervert him with self adulation that he forgets the cause that brought him to power. They did the same thing to Abiy Ahmed by awarding him the Nobel Peace Prize without merit and he developed a narcissistic personality disorder.

Good point, Fyameta! As the selfish and greedy Abey Ahmed, he should have demanded that the so-called Nobel Peace Prize be shared with PIA when awarded to him.
