The TPLF had also borrowed billions of dollars to build shinny buildings to impress the poor people, which is why the country is saddled with $68.3 billion dollars in debt today. But when you have the lowest IQ in the world it is easy to see loans as "financial aid", especially when you won't be the one repaying the loans.
