I was gazing for a long time on this picture and look yesterday and was mesmerized

How often do you have to do it to keep it this way? Just asking as I am approaching too
His excellency P. Isias still gets a higher grade than the Bashasha drifter as he has not divided his subjects in Ethnic line.
