In contrast, Wedi Medhin Berad, despite our vivid memories, does not hesitate in word or deed to prevent neighboring countries from fragmentation and disintegration. For example, when South Sudan sought to declare independence, Wedi Medhin Berad cried wolf and opposed the decision of the South Sudanese people. However, thanks to the Israeli lobby in Washington and the active participation of the state of Israel—despite opposition from Egypt and other Arab countries—South Sudan ultimately became an independent nation.

In Ethiopia case, After Eritrean paid heavy sacrifices to uproot the woyane and support the Galla, we witnessed Wedi Medhin Berad as a barista in Addis abeba beating his chest and throwing kisses to the crowd to show his affection to the so called Ethiopian people?
