However, yes, they are constantly involved in Ethiopian affairs; just look at this forum where kebessan Eritreans outnumber Ethiopians. Whether they admit it or not, what occurs in Ethiopia effects them a lot and their own partially (?) Agame President Isayas has said many times that Eritrea has interests in Ethiopia.

Before independence I do not think he had ever said once “Eritrea has interests in Ethiopia.” Then he was planning to create an East African Singapore, which would stay away as far as possible from the backwards Ethiopians.
