To me, this can only go to Horus.
He has religiously and obsessively been blabbering on a about the infamous fraudulent MoU, Somaliland, Hassan Sheikh, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and Isaias Afwerki on a daily basis for a whole year in vain!

And what a year it has been for the little child in Arat Kilo. It started with a big bang when he congratulated the Ethiopian people for getting a chunk of Sea coast. It never occurred to the Dumbito that sovereign lands cannot be cut to pieces and shared like cake. The new year celebrations on Wednesday will remind every Ethiopian what a moron they have for a PM!

Yesterday, Burundi withdrew its participation from the upcoming mission in Somalia, as it was not happy with the number of troops allocated to it (1000 soldiers). Since Ethiopia has been excluded from this new mission, it has now started pushing Uganda, Kenya, and Djibouti to withdraw their participations.
See, how wicked they're! But what they don't know is that both Egypt and Eritrea are ready to fill in any vacuum left.
Somalia can't afford to have a massive number of foreign soldiers on its soil infinitely.
The irony is that they're crying for an increased number of their soldiers to fight a war which is not theirs in a foreign country, just to make money.
