1. Good marketing plan that includes advertizing and networking to spread tge news, with salespersons
2. Trained and productive workers produce quality products efficiently using Lean manufacturing
3. Cash flow control...spend less, invest more

We don't exactly know who first discovered enset as an edible plant in southwest Ethiopia. But, no one doubts Gurages took it with themselves wherever they went in Ethiopia south of Shewa and popularized it. It did not hurt it that there were Gurage aristocrats of inffuence who grew up eating kocho in the expanding Shewa Kingdom that later morphed into the larger Ethiopia.

Nutrients in Kocho
Kocho, a fermented food from the enset plant, is high in carbohydrates, minerals, fibers, and phenolics, but low in protein, fat, and vitamins:

Carbohydrates: Kocho is made up of 95–98% carbohydrates per 100 g of dry matter. The variety of enset plant and the fermentation time can significantly affect the carbohydrate content.
Minerals: Kocho contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin.
Fiber: Kocho contains 2.3–6.2 g of fiber per 100 g of dry matter.
Protein: Kocho contains 1.1–2.8 g of protein per 100 g of dry matter.

Kocho is a staple food in parts of Ethiopia, and is often eaten with stews, kitfo, gomen, and ayibe. Because it's low in protein, fat, and vitamins, kocho is typically eaten with other foods to supplement its nutritional value. For example, kocho can be mixed with soybean flour or okara to increase its protein and fat content.

Scientific literature on enset is abundant on the web
It's a well-studied plant with recommendation to popularize it as a reslient plant agaist drought for food security.

I was thinking of you making eatable molds to hold uncooked wet ready made kocho/bula; like ice-cream cone; I see what you meant now though.

However, the kocho being buried has other reasons as well. Fermentation? in the cold dark underground; Not sure. Horus might know about that. Meaning it's not just molding and putting it in above ground shelves. Molds may help in putting them in portions but, they use inset leaves for putting them in portions too?

Burying wet qyesra in Chaha dialect is for storage and to ferment it so as to soften it to eadible state of kocho or Wusa again in Chaha dialect.
To ferment or breakdown, it could be stored up in the shelves with less time to undergo fermentation in airtight plastic containers. Preservatives can be added once the fermentation is complete. Wet kocho ready for sales all over towns.

The other option is completely avoiding fermentation of the qyesra by hot air dry in columns and rows of shelves as in bakeries. Crush and grind the dried kocho into flour. Bag them by weights for different prices. Cheaper to transport than wet kocho bags.

Kocho, certified by scientists as a drought resilient plant, will save lives if the Ethiopian rulers who hitherto came from from teff and cactus(beles) cultures stop fearing loss of identity in adopting enset as also a national staple foid to protect Ethiopians from.hunger.

Meles Zeradwa was proposed by the plant scientists to popularize and invest in enset disease control back in the 2000s. To their astonishment he chose to invest Eth$2billion in cactus devevlopment in Tigrey.

ሁል ግዜ ቁጣና ንዴት ውስጥ ስለሆንክ አስብበት ። ሁል ግዜ ትግል ላይ ያለ ሰው ትመስላለህ ። ትክክል ነው ኧማር በክስታኔኛም አህያ ነው ፣ በአረብኛም ኧማር ነው ። በጣም የድሮ የሴም ቃል ነው! ለአንድ የቋንቋ ተመራማሪ ድኖኪ የሴም ቃሉ ኧማር ሆኖ ለምን በአማርኛ አህያ እንደ ተባለ በጣም ጥያቄ የሚያጭር ልዩነት ነው። ማለትም አህያ የሴም ቃል አይደለም ማለት ነው!!! ላንተ ይህ ልዩነት ግ ን ለቋንቋ ተማሪዎች ዋጋ ያለው ልዩነት ነው።

If you closely look at the machine, a motor runs three rollers placed at 120° apart from each other. The top is safety cover and the bottom is a reservoir to hold watery extracts such as Bulla in Chaha called atmet.

There is a company in Kenya that extracts fiber from sisal plant in a similar way.
