Macron, known as the most hated person in France, is just escaping and trying de deflect the French people from the domestic political and economic turmoil in France.
All France does, like the UK and US, is selling arms.
In case you're dreaming that France is going to sell you naval war ships, Ethiopia can't afford to buy any ship, as the cheapest naval war ships are frigates, which operate by batches of four or five, and the cheapest frigate is sold by South Korea, costing each between $230 millions and 250 millions, and this was prior to Covid- 19 and prices have gone up since. A Western frigate costs over a billion. And we're not talking about destroyers but frigates, which are the entry level of naval war ships.
Ethiopia has failed to pay the $33 million it owed on its own debts, leave alone buying frigates that cost billions without even having any sea coast where to station them.
By the way, why does this Galla clown have the habit to hold other people's hand? Is this an Ethiopian culture?

These are frigates. Their main role is to protect other ships of the fleet. Modern western frigates that have stealth features cost over a billion US dollars each.
