We often notice thru out the world, how easy it is to radicalize Islam to commit or instigate horrible crimes. In the Horn of Africa, West Africa and the Middle East, radical Islam is everywhere committing violent crimes be it Somalia, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, why is it so easy to radicalize Islam?
Because of radical Islam, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, Lebanon and now Syria will be a waste land of failed states. Eritrea's fate will not be different from Lebanon or Syria.

Both children and adults learn independently and even incidentally in their physical or virtual social environments where their knowledge acquisition is either self-guided or guided by trusted mentors, friends, colleagues, guides, or peers that serve as role models (Schugurensky, 2000, Marsick and Volpe, 1999). This model adds to the scholarship by introducing a novel link between mentorship, informal learning, and radicalization.
