አንዳንድ ሰዎች የድህነታችን ሙንጩ ስንፍናችን ነው ይላሉ፣ ሌሎች ደግሞ ሜርሴነሪ ስራ ነው ጥገኛና ደሃ ሆነን እንድንቀር ያደረግን ይላሉ። ኡኔ እንደ አንድ ትግራዋይ በሁለተኛው ሃሳብ ቦጣም ኡስማማለሁ።

ለዚህ የዳረገን ደግሞ ከሁሉም በላይ፣ የስራ ባሕላችን ነዉ፤ ለስራ ቅድሚያ አንሰጥም፣ ፈጠራን አናበረታትም፣ አዲስ ግኝትን አናሳልጥም፣ የሰነፍ መለኪያ የሆኑ መለያዎች ሁሉም ቤታችን ላይ ጎጆ መስርቶ ጨፍድዶ ይዞን ነበር። ከዚህ መላቃቅ ከልቻልን፣ ደሃነቱ ይቀጥላል። የሰነፍ ሕዝቦች መለቶ (ስይምቦል) ሆነን እንቀጥላለን።

ቀድሞ የነቀዉ የሌላዉ አለም በዚህ ረገድ መሰረታዊ ለዉጥ አምጥቶ ከስንፍና ራሱን አላቅቆዋል፣ ከደሃነት ተሰናብቶ ተለይቶዋል።

Business process re-engineering (BPR) is a business management strategy originally pioneered in the early 1990s, focusing on the analysis and design of workflows and business processes within an organization. BPR aims to help organizations fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to improve customer service, cut operational costs, and become world-class competitors.[1]

BPR seeks to help companies radically restructure their organizations by focusing on the ground-up design of their business processes. According to early BPR proponent Thomas H. Davenport (1990), a business process is a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined business outcome. Re-engineering emphasized a holistic focus on business objectives and how processes related to them, encouraging full-scale recreation of processes, rather than iterative optimization of sub-processes.[1] BPR is influenced by technological innovations as industry players replace old methods of business operations with cost-saving innovative technologies such as automation that can radically transform business operations.[2]

Business process re-engineering is also known as business process redesign, business transformation, or business process change management.

In the case of Addis Ababa Corridor Development program there is a report which touted about the change of work-culture (የስራ ባሕል), as an example the deployment of 3 rotational shifts per day of the work (or 24/7), which is good. But Addis and the corridor development there is just a drop in the ocean, remains without any big impact.

If we want to make the impact more significant, then this work-culture has to be replicated across the vast countryside of the nation. Unless we can transform the Ethiopian vast countryside, we can't make a significant stride towards change.

ለምሳሌ ያህል፣ እኔ ያደግኩት ገጠር ሆኖ ሳላ የዉሃ ባንክ የምባል ነገር ልኖር ይችላል ብዬ አስቤ አላዉቅም፣ ሰዎችም እንደምቻል ነገር ስወያዩ ሰምቼ አላዉቅም። በዛ ቦታ፣ ሕዝቡ አንዲት ክረምት እየጠበቀ፣ በአመት አንዴ ያመርታል፣ እሱም ራሱ ማምረቱ እንጂ ለምርታማነት ምንም አይነት ትኩረት ሥሰጥ አይታይም ነበር። ለምን?

ይሄ ሀሳብ ትልቅ ነዉን? በክረምት ዉሃ በገፍ እየመጣ አልፎ ይፈሳል። በጋዉ ደግሞ ከመጠን በላይ ደረቅ ይሆናል፣ ለከብቶችም ብዙም ግጦሽ አይኖርም፣ ሰዉ በክረምቱ ጊዜ ለከብትም ግጦሽ አጭዶ ያከማች ና፣ በጋ ላይ እየቆጠበ ይሰጣቸዋል። ግጦሽን ማከማቸት የቻለ ሕብረተሰብ እንዴት ሆኖ ነዉ፣ የዉሃ ማከማቸት ሀሳብ ያልመጠለት?

ይህ በጣም ቀላል ነገር አይደለም?

The question is why are many Ethiopians in diaspora are exemplary for being successful in entrepreneurship/business in academic and scholarly pursuit, but cannot do the same back home in Ethiopia?

In my opinion, Ethiopians are very creative, industrious but those very very well below the average mass are pursue being political cadre as means of living. As far as I know almost al Kebele, Woreda, etc. level cadres are have background of lazy, thief, talkative, traitor. In Ethiopia, politics is the profession of dumb, ignorant , thief and talkative people. Those industrious and self-confident and honest ones do not have time to the profession of thieves. Unfortunately, those stupid and lazy cadres rob the peace of the good ones to thrive and grow their country. Look the Khat addict Penete from the dusty rural town of Beshasha robbed the 6 years of precious time of Ethiopians and sadly, the lives of millions of innocent people, destroyed their hard-earned wealth. As long as there are inferior quality individuals who wants to live on talks, theft and trading conflict as their means of living it is hard to bring positive changes in Ethiopia.

ህዝብ ድሃ ያደረገው ማን ነው ወደሚለው ጥያቄህ ብትመለስ ይሻልሃል። ነገርን በምሳሌ ጠጅን በብርሌ እንድሉ ዘንድ። አንድ ለዘመናት የአድስ አበባ ከተማ ነዋሪ የነበረ ግለሰብ ከልጅነት እስከ ዕውቀት ጥሮ ግሮ የሰራው ህጋዊ ቤቱን በገባያ ላይ በብዙ ሚልዮን ብር የሚገመት የኦሮሙማ ወፈፌ ድንገት ብድግ ብሎ ቤቱን አፍርሶ በአንድ ጀምበር ድሃ አደረገው። ይህ ግለሰብ ቤት በወዙ ሰርቶ ከማፍራት ውጭ የሰራው ወንጀል የለም - የዚህ አይነት ምሳሌዎች ብዙ ናቸው። ታዲያ ለአገር ድህነት ተጠያቄው ማን ነው? የዱርየዎች ፓለቲካ አይደለም? ደግሞስ ለትምህርት ቤት፤ ለኢንዱስትሪ ወዘተ ልማት ሊውል የሚችል የአገር ሃብት ለድሮን መግዣ ይጠፋል፤ አምራች ገበሬውን ከነ በሬው ለመጨፍጨ ፤ ላም አይደል አይውልድ፤ በሬ አይደል አያርስ ብዙ ሚልዮን ወጥቶ ታንክ ይገዛበታል፤ በየተራራው ተቃጥሎ ፍርስርሱ ይወጣል፤ ወዘተ። ታዲያ ይህ የዱርየዎች ፓለቲካ አይደል?
ኢትዮጵያን ያደኸያት የኦነግ፤የወያኔ እና የሻዕብያ ዱርየ ፓለቲካ ነው። የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ከ50 አመታት በላይ መከራውን የሚበላው፤ በድህነት አዙሪት የሚሰውቃየው እጅግ እግር የሌለው የኦሮሞ ጥያቂ፤የትግሬ ጥያቄ፤ የኤርትራ ጥያቄ። ጥያቄያቸውን እራሳቸው አያውቁት፤ ጥያቄያቸው መልስ ዐልባ፤ ሲፈልግ የበታችነት ስሜት ይዞ ብቅ ይላል፤ሲፈልግ የቀኝ ግዛት፤ ወይም የተረኝነት ወዘተ ተለዋዋጭ እሥስት። ስልጣን ሲሰጣቸው ግዙን ሲባሉ ማስተዳደር ሳይሆን ማረድ የሚፈልጉ፤ ማፋቀር ሳይሆን የፈጠራ ቂም ፈጥሮ ቂም መወጣት ሂሳብ ማወራረድ ትሉታላችሁ።
You the three evil are the source of misery and poverty of Ethiopia. You 3 are the pestilence.
