My crystal ball doesn't see a deep state in America. In fact if we are serious the so called apparatus of the "deep state" has saved trump's life multiple times from lone assaisns and from ayatollah's Iran wanting to avenge Gen. Suleimani's death. Deep state in America existed during the 60s, 70s when the CIA operated in the shadows, did whatever they wanted, manipulated and strong armed presidents into signing off their dirty tricks abroad a la JFK's Bay of pigs.. when j edgar hoover run the FBI, they were essentially above the law, they could put a bullet into whoever created problems for the establishment and get away with it, look into Fred Hamptons death. In 2024, deep state only exists in the MAGA/QAnon's conspiracy thirsty Trump supporters.
