I wish there was a word for "access" in Ethiopian languages.According to the United Nations Charter, specifically the "Convention on the Law of the Sea" (UNCLOS), landlocked countries have the right of access to and from the sea, meaning they can utilize the ocean through freedom of transit across the territory of coastal states that border the sea; this right is guaranteed through bilateral agreements between the landlocked and transit states.
