Dr Abiy's PP Regime views occupied territories of Southern and Western Tigray as War Booty (see the below comment

I am tired of hearing this repeated complain about their lost territory as if they were not the cause of the lose.

You started a war, the war has costed you what you have had, you negotiated with the government after initially vowing to crush it to the ground and boasting there is no counterpart to negotiate with from the government side. You were dealt with appropriately and you begged for merci. You also lost thereby what you have had before the war, which is a subject of long running dispute between two regions of the country.

Now somebody feels no shame to come out and complain about not giving them the territory they lost by the war they themselves initiated in the first place.

Government is a custodian of the constitution of the country and the interpretation of the constitution and other legal matters is a duty of the court.

Take your case to the court and win there.

All regions in Ethiopia have no threat to their territorial integrity. Tigray is the only region which as a threat to its territorial integrity. A 1/3rd of Tigray in under occupation by Abiy Ahmed's PP. Tigrayans in the occupied areas are at risk of losing their identity. Abiy Ahmed is a threat to Tigray's territorial integrity and he wants the issue of Tigray's territorial integrity in limbo. Tigray cannot afford to live its territorial integrity in limbo.

The plain truth is that if Tigray is to secure its territorial integrity, either (1.) Abiy must respect Tigray's territorial integrity, or (2.) Tigray must work towards removing him from being a threat to Tigray's territorial integrity. There is no a third way about it although Tigray should not enter into military conflict with Abiy's Army now.
