Russia threatens kharkiv, at which point Zelenskyy sues for peace, Russia ends up annexing Eastern ukraine and half of ukraine's Black Sea, ukrain manages to hold odessa.

When it comes to the horn, the dejazmach doesn't see any territorial changes on the horizon but if somalilanders really want that recognition, they simply need to pay a million or two into the trump inauguration and the recognition will follow. I always tell my Somaliland Friends if u want true recognition they should ditch the west and ally with rogue states in South America Russia Iran the bad boys . This is when u will get attention from the west . Russia recognised a few break away republics but our lander friends aren’t so smart they keep beating the same horse over and over again . They will go and hold presidential elections next week in the hope the west will recognise them but the west doesn’t care for democracy they held four presidential elections one man one vote over twenty years and had 5 presidents over 33 years . But still the west doesn’t care and still support Somalia how fragile it may be how dysfunctional and non democratic the Mogadishu government is the west still believes in a unified Somalia Mogadishu as its capital even though no democratic elections took place there the last democratic elections were 55 years ago .

If that is true, Somali Land will be recognized. The Huthis keep shooting at Israel and United Emirates. The Gulf of Eden is becoming a war zone. You bring Iran into the Calculus , then possibility of thermonuclear war in the region increases. I would like to have a pint of what put you in a such wild hallucination!

First, this breakaway region is not in a position to ditch anyone, leave it alone ditching the West.

Second, I wonder which rogue states in South America you're referring to, as there are no such things in South America. Brazil is neither a rogue state nor is it immune to the influence and control of the West.

Third, both Russia and Iran have excellent relations with Somalia. Neither are they above international law.

Fourth, have those republics recognised by Russia gained any international recognition?

Finally, next time you go wild in your hallucinations, keep it in your corrupt soul and stop bullsh'tting others.

The break away nation now isnt recognised by any other country in the world , and if russia or any other country recognised them at least they have one country that recognised them, like these smaller gerogia break away nations. but they can ditch the west if they stop engaging with them stop receiving some of the silly aid they get , and get rid of their diplomats i always assure them if they do that and forge ties with Countries that are opposed to the west then then they can get things done and i mean venenzeula. You are right and you are wrong. You are right to point out the west doesn't care about democracy or human rights but only western intrests. But you are wrong to suggest ditching recognition from the west and pursue recognition from russia North Korea and Venezuela crowd. Recognition from this crowd gets you mere existence. Its an existence while being sabotaged, sanctioned and constantly humiliated by the west until you cry no masss a la iran or until they eliminate you like gaddafi or saddam. So for any small nation out there to survive and thrive, they have to have a healthy relationship with the west. There simply are no other alternative alliances to choose from. The west is too powerful, too wealthy, too dominant culturally, military, economically.

Now, it's been true that the US has chosen not to recognise somaliland and back the non existence Somalia since its in their intrest and their long standing policy to not encourage breakway republics in africa. But Trump is willing to change US long standing policy if you donate the right amount to his campaign. Moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem wasnt in US intrest and had been refused by Bush and Obama but Trump did it because Sheldon adelson- one of his biggest doners requested it and gave him 20 mill. This time around, his widow is giving him similar amount, and she probably will get annexation of the west Bank and golan. So this is a golden opportunity for Somalilanders to creat a pac and go in with a million or two, their ambassador will be at the white House within a year to consumate the recognition..
