Who would pay the price, if Ethiopia stops exporting this sh'it to Djibouti?
Of course, its Ethiopia, and Galla in particular, as they grow it.
Djibouti could simply switch to importing it from Kenya, which is of much better quality compared to Ethiopian khat. Djiboutians already import both Kenyan and Yemeni khat, and both of them are of high quality.
Aren't your Gurage people also khat addicts!
