I think you have to make a root cause analysis to propose an adequate solution to the problem. This is a scientifically proven method of providing a solution to a given problem, else it is just a quick fix and the problem persists regardless of your proposed solution.

The Eritrean women are generally suffering from lack of men in the society: this is fact. Many of the men are conscripted to the war front at their very young age and most of them never come home again.

Regarding the topic at hand, yes your ugum compatriots should be humiliated and they deserve it. They must behave as peaceful refugees and they should not join any of the warring civil war factions in sudan. Those ugums in the video clip were mercenaries.
