Don't forget that there is another party that also claims a possession of those disputed territories. May not be all of it but some part of it. Some may have been indigenous for time immimorial, while some 100 years, some 150 years. Regardless, they all have claims. What's the best way adjudicating this? Deny those with recent arrival all claims to the land?
Say what should we do with Neftengas in the south, southwest, southeast, who killed our ancestors, took our lands and have lived in our lands and our communities for the past 130 years. Still they refuse to learn and speak our languages? Drive them out?
