The President of Puntland, Saeed Deni, has announced tonight that Puntland is ready to enter into dialogue with the federal government in Mogadishu to resolve the existing disputes.
Deni noted that Puntland has a strong argument and wants the dialogue to be held in public so the judges would be the Somali people, to judge whether we're wrong or right.
