I went through the list and didn't find any criteria that didn't fit this misfits on the face of earth.

We have our disagreements with Woyane in Ethiopia but still even Woyane outshined them in transforming Ethiopian political and economic landscape, while Shabo's country was dubbed to stand still (I think to have rolled back instead).
