Dare you create a gurage militia that can retake the borders of Sodo and northern gurage. By the way gurage are majority in some bordering woredas in Oromia.
As for amhara unity there was no amhara unity since the fall of Haile Selassie. So what is happening now is a power vacuum.
Also Amhara is not as divided as you are Gojjam-Gondar-Wollo are all aligned the only division is in Shewa cause by Power hungry Iskindrr

These enemies historically been defeated for their shortsightedness of this fact - TPLF had 27 years of sleepless nightmarish time because it thought Amhara society is as simplistic as it thought. Abiy Ahmed too thought the same when it run fast to South Africa (Pretoria) betraying Amhara, just with in 3 days after Amhara defeated TPLF. But we see know, Abiy Ahmed's OLF army is surrendering en masse to Amhara. Thus, your framing of Amhara is very simplistic often stemming from hate, inferiority complex or assignment from OLF-PP or other anti-Ethiopian elements. Amhara never has issue with Gurage. Amhara never confiscated Gurage retail stores over the last 35 years.
